How to take soup stock
cooking ingredients
dashi-bag … 1bag(7g)water … 500cc
※ The soup stock of for about 3~4 glasses of miso soup can be passed.
※ The person who would like to pass the thicker soup stock reduce the amount of the water.
It's in a pot and a bag of pack and water 500cc are put in.
Please swing a little with large chopsticks so that the whole stock pack may be flooded with water.
Boil by a high flame.
If you boil, you 'll make it low flame and weaken boiling immediately.
During boiling, it's low flame, about 3 minutes, it's decocted.
The fragrance you're taking out when it's decocted too much,volatilizes, and the flavor falls, so you'll be careful.
It's taken out and a pack is taken out.
Please squeeze by large chopsticks and take out.
